This three-year, full-time program provides a muldisciplinary social sciences foundation, steeped in the rich academic tradition of Sciences Po, while offering a distinctive Euro-American perspective.

Students must take French. German and Spanish are also offered. The student body at each of the campus is made up of 1/3 students from France, 1/3 students from the region of focus (for instance, Asian students on the Le Havre campus, Middle Eastern students on the Menton campus), and 1/3 students from elsewhere in the world. Courses include small group seminars of 15-20 students which provide great discussion opportunities with perspectives from around the globe. Students also take 6 hours of language a week and class size is smaller for these courses (5-15). The third year is spent abroad at a partner university in the region of focus.
International admissions are open on a rolling basis from the start of the admissions period to the end of April 2025.
