Interdisciplinary, international, and individual – FIM is a programme unique in Germany, offered as a joint programme by TU Munich and the University of Bayreuth, providing in-depth knowledge at the interface of two topics of the future: finance and information management. FIM students have a wide choice of interdisciplinary courses on the basis of four options for specialisation: Quantitative Finance, Financial Management, Business & Information Systems Engineering, and Sustainability & Technology. In addition, soft-skill seminars and hands-on projects with renowned real-world partners are an essential part of the degree programme. This not only provides students with analytical and technical skills, but also with horizon-expanding and personality-building competencies to tackle diverse problems and develop novel solutions. The master’s programme in Finance & Information Management is aimed at outstanding and exceptional students looking for a challenging master’s programme.
