With an MSc degree in Food Innovation and Health you will be developing new, healthier and better tasting food based upon scientific principles. You will learn about food chemistry, food culture, sensory science, consumers’ experience of food and meals as well as gastronomic techniques – and you learn to work innovatively with these areas. You will also become capable of advising and collaborating with companies and health authorities within the food sector. With your expertise obtained during the programme, you can contribute to shaping the food culture of the future!

Admissions Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Applicants from non-anglophone countries should provide proof of English proficiency. The application period for non-EU students is from November 15 to January 15.
