Gives you the opportunity to focus your efforts within a specialised field of geography.You can work in depth with topics such as urban and regional development, globalisation, sustainability, resource management, global environmental and natural processes and applied geoinformatics.Also, you will learn how to analyse local, national and global issues on an interdisciplinary basis. The programme thus gives you plenty of opportunity to compose your own academic profile.The work methods of the programme include classroom teaching, project work and field studies. You will acquire both academic and practical knowledge as well as analytical and methodological qualifications.Geographers are both generalists, who can think interdisciplinarily and incorporate different perspectives, and specialists, who are experts within one area.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Applicants from non-anglophone countries should provide proof of English proficiency. The application period for non-EU students is from November 15 to January 15.
