During three semesters, leadership skills are highlighted alongside subject expertise and methodological knowledge. You will acquire business know-how about the roles and foundations within the international healthcare sector and work on industry relevant management issues such as HR and organisation, decision-making and performance measurement, and corporate communication and collaboration. Students benefit from an innovative teaching approach that focuses on five leadership-oriented fields of competence and fosters a holistic and sustainable understanding of trends and challenges within the healthcare sector.

Admissions Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum grade point average of 3.0; Applicants from non-anglophone countries should provide proof of English proficiency. Application deadline for non-EU students is January 15 and July 1 (Campus Bad Honnef); February 1 and August 1 (Campus Berlin).
