You’ll be totally immersed in the contemporary debate in this traditional field of philosophy.Due to the programme offering elective seminars, you’ll also be able to learn from other philosophical fields like Philosophy of Mind, Social and Political Philosophy, and Philosophical Anthropology.We can offer you plenty of courses in the continental philosophy in order for you to fill your entire programme with it, if you so choose.We have a relatively large staff that in some way deals with the metaphysics, meaning we can offer you expert guidance in a wide range of topics within this field.As a Research Master’s student, you’ll be affiliated with the Center for Contemporary European Philosophy, which is main centre in the Netherlands for teaching and research in 20th and 21st century European philosophy.Our students rate this Master’s programme 8,6 out of 10 according to the National Student Survey 2019.You’ll also benefit from the advantages of the Master’s programme in Philosophy in general.
