The Master’s program Regional dimensions of Global Tendencies – China, East and South-East Europe, 19-21st сenturies has been designed for students who have obtained a Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree in national and international high schools and academies in the field of humanities and social sciences. Oligatory requirement for the applicants is to be fluent in English.The program is designed for students with special interests in the history and contemporary development of the East Asian region and particularly in China, as well as Eastern and Southeast Europe as well as in the international political, economic and cultural relations between these two regions.The Master program offers the study of a wide range of disciplines, allowing students specialization in different spheres of both research and practical activities. The aim of the program is to give an opportunity to the students to acquire in-depth knowledge and skills which will boost their career plans related to the knowledge of the East Asian region and China in particular as well as the relations between Europe and Asia with a special focus on the place and role of the Eastern and Southeast Europe in these relationships.The courses offered in the program are adjusted to the latest trends related to the dynamically developing of the China-Europe relationship within the Chinese “Belt and Road Initiative” which became more popular as the “New Silk Road”.
