Shape the future of our built environment with the University of Nicosia’s flexible Architecture program. This program offers two options:
- Bachelor of Arts in Architecture (BAArch): Earn a four-year degree that equips you with a strong foundation in architectural principles and prepares you for entry-level positions in the field or further studies.
- Integrated Master in Architecture (MArch): Complete a five-year program, fulfilling the requirements for both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, qualifying you for professional licensure in many countries (after completing additional requirements).
Whichever path you choose, the program offers a comprehensive curriculum that includes:
- Design Studio: The core of the program, where you’ll develop your design skills through hands-on projects, tackling real-world design challenges and receiving personalized feedback from experienced faculty.
- History and Theory: Gain a deep understanding of architectural history, theory, and movements, fostering critical thinking and informing your design approach.
- Technology and Construction: Master the technical aspects of architecture, including building structures, materials science, and sustainable design principles.
- Communication Skills: Hone your communication and presentation skills to effectively convey your design ideas to clients, collaborators, and the public.

Admissions Requirements
High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) or equivalent internationally recognized qualification(s). Students with a lower HSLC grade than 7.5/10 or 15/20 or equivalent depending on the grading system of the country issuing the HSLC are provided with extra academic guidance and monitoring during the first year of their studies. Additional requirements are portfolio and an interview.
