This 4-year Honours Degree aims to provide each student with the education and training necessary for entry into the construction and property industries as a professional construction manager. This management course integrates theory with practical application to equip students with real-life problem-solving, communication, and research skills. It provides them with a broad understanding of construction management, resource management, construction technology, building regulations, financial management, health and safety legislation, and environmental protection.
Notes
The government will pay the Tuition Fee for most first-time, full-time EU Undergraduates as part of the Free Fees Initiative. All students are liable for the Student Contribution fee: €3,000.
Students should apply through the CAO system. Normal closing date is 01 February. Late Applications are those which are received in the CAO after 1st February. The latest date for receipt in the CAO of such application forms is 1st May. The CAO system allows changes to be made to applications up to 5.15 pm 1st July.
