The Degree in Global Humanities aims at providing students with knowledge and competencies in the fields of humanities and social sciences privileging a global and transcultural perspective. It is characterized by flexible curricula, carefully planned and devised to preserve the interdisciplinary and complementary structure of the study plans. The curricula are organized around the following disciplines: history, sociology, anthropology, arts, literature, law, economics, psychology, and health. The Degree is open to Italian and international students interested in studying and expanding their knowledge on the complex historical processes affecting the global transformation of contemporary societies; on the historical and cultural studies in a renewed transnational perspective; on the history of religions, anthropology, sociology, global health, legal studies, and political sciences. Notes
Admission is allowed also to students holding a four-year upper secondary school diploma issued by schools where a supplementary year was not provided. In this case, it is necessary to fulfil the specific Further Required Course assigned by the Faculty.The 2023-2024 submission deadline for candidates applying to one or more programmes on the MoveIN pre-selection platform is April 14, 2023.
Admissions Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent qualification) earned after no less than 12 years of studies.
