This four-year, full-time program equips you with the knowledge, skills, and industry experience to excel in various food and beverage (F&B) operations within the hospitality and tourism sector.
Focus on Food & Beverage Management: Develop a deep understanding of all aspects of F&B management, from menu planning and cost control to restaurant operations and service excellence. Learn about international culinary trends, sustainable practices, and innovative F&B concepts.
Master Culinary Skills: Gain practical experience through hands-on training in the college’s professional kitchens and restaurants. Refine your culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs and hospitality professionals.

3 years for October or February entry, for those students who have a high school certificate (apolytirion) 17 or above and recognized English certificates (B2+ and above).
