The Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, Society and Culture at Anglo-American University (AAU) is an interdisciplinary program designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the relationships between humanities, societies, and cultures. Through a combination of coursework, internships, and a final thesis, students will explore a wide range of topics including:
- Humanities: Philosophy, history, literature, art history, religion, and more.
- Society: Social structures, political systems, globalization, economics, and social movements.
- Culture: The role of culture in shaping societies, cultural diversity, communication, and representation.
Specializations:
- Art and Society: This specialization focuses on the relationship between art forms and social contexts. Students will explore how art reflects and shapes societies throughout history.
- Language, Communication and Culture: This specialization examines the role of language in communication and cultural exchange. Students will develop critical thinking skills and gain insights into the complexities of intercultural communication.
