IT Leadership

The Bachelor of IT Leadership program (Computer Science and Organizational Technologies) is a combination of IT and business management fields, creating IT specialists with a broader skill set and more developed soft skills than the graduates of other technology programs have. Upon graduation, you will be prepared not only to develop new IT solutions and products, but also to become a great team leader, to run departments or a company, to take responsibility and make decisions related to technologies. The program is created together with Riga Technical University. RBS established this program in 2019, recognizing the current job market trends and a shortage of qualified IT project managers.

You can choose from 3 specializations:

1. General Management,
2. Artificial Intelligence and
3. Data Analytics (at BI)

RBS has a long lasting cooperation with two leading business schools in Europe and the US: BI Norwegian Business School and University at Buffalo School of Management. Our students can pursue double degree studies, obtaining two diplomas.
