Profile
There is a growing demand for biomedical engineers with interdisciplinary knowledge of medicine, computer science, and medical devices. Such a background is indispensable to meet the demands of the rapidly changing healthcare system, which strives to accommodate the needs of patients and healthcare personnel.
We encourage students to carry out their research projects or join one of several students’ science clubs. Medical Informatics (MI) focuses on technologies, impacting patient-doctor relationship by effectively collecting, securing and understanding health data, thereby supporting medical diagnosis and treatment.
