The BA (Hons) Performance course at Arts University Bournemouth is designed for those who want to immerse themselves in the world of contemporary performance across a range of genres and artistic practices. The program offers an opportunity for students to engage in both theoretical and practical aspects of performance, preparing them for a career in the creative industries. It provides students with the skills needed to excel in live performances, theatre, choreography, and beyond. The course emphasizes experiential learning, with students actively involved in rehearsals, workshops, and live performances throughout their studies.

Notes
For direct admission, prospective applicants are urged to follow a college preparatory programme in high school, taking a senior course in fine or applied art where possible.
All undergraduate courses at AUB offer an optional placement year (€2,230), to be taken between your second and third years of study.
Tuition fee for UK and home students is €11,500.
Application deadline via UCAS is January 29th.
Admissions Requirements
High School Diploma with a GPA of 3.0 or above, portfolio, in-person audition and/or interview plus one of the following:
- Two AP exam results with a grade of 3 or higher
- SAT I (Reasoning) scores of at least 1100
- SAT II subject tests in at least two subjects with minimum scores of 600
- Two or more IB Diploma Programme Courses
- ACT test results in at least two subjects with minimum scores of 24
- Successful completion of an accredited Associate’s Degree
- Successful completion of first year (freshman year) of University at an accredited University
- Successful completion of a recognised Foundation Diploma in Art and Design Studies.
